Hi Deborah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your question warms my heart because my parents are bringing our entire extended family on a Disney Cruise to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this summer! I know I can speak for my entire family by saying how excited we are to celebrate with my parents while sailing to paradise! I'm honored to help you think of ways on how to affordably share the magic of a Disney Cruise with your entire family.
Choosing a
Disney Vacation by Land and Sea is a great idea! Spending a couple days before or after your Disney Cruise in Walt Disney World Resort will give your adventuresome crew time to experience the four theme parks before (or after) setting sail on a relaxing journey at sea. One suggestion is to book your Disney Cruise as far in advance as possible. You will receive the best prices and availability the earlier you book your cruise. Definitely keep an eye on the
Special Offers page on Disney Cruise Line's website. Here, you'll find any promotions that are being offered on current itineraries. Also, there are multiple stateroom categories you can choose from, all being spacious and accommodating for families. I recommend choosing a specific itinerary and then viewing each stateroom category to see which fits your family's budget best! For example, a seven-night voyage in a Concierge-level stateroom will be priced higher than a four-night adventure in a Deluxe Inside Stateroom.
Deborah, I'm so excited to hEAR that you're thinking of bringing your entire pirate crew aboard a Disney Cruise! I know you'll make magical memories together every nautical mile of the way. Please sail back and visit us again with any more questions!
