Hi! Grandma and papa are watching kids so hubby and I can have a meal alone! Recommendations please! We will have 1 table credit. Would consider paying out of pocket. What would be some options as far as great food and atmosphere for a couple! Thanks.

    Hi Andrea,

How wonderful to have a time together as a couple. Downtown Disney offers excellent choices for an evening of delicious food and ambience. Be sure to consider Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, Paradiso 37 or Raglan Road for a lively atmosphere of Irish music and dancing.

My husband and I find Disney's Polynesian Resort a perfectly romantic respite from the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World, so I'd also suggest dining at either 'Ohana or Kona Cafe.

If you find yourselves in World Showcase in Epcot, I'd consider San Angel Inn Restaurante, La Hacienda de San Angel, Tutto Italia Ristorante or Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria.

My suggestions above run the gamut of culinary flavors, so I'd suggest checking out the menus ahead of time to determine what suits your tastes. You can do so online by clicking the following Disney Dining link. Advanced Dining Reservations are strongly recommended either online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE, 407-939-3463.

I hope my answer was helpful to you, Andrea. Please feel free to send me any other questions as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.

    Best wishes!
