I would like to take my granddaughters to the tea party or Royal Garden after the BBB makeover. How would I make reservations without knowing (1) How long do makeovers take (2) What times are the tea party/Royal Garden service.

    Hi Lurline!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited that you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation booked and will be traveling with your granddaughters!  You are going to make some of the best memories during this voyage that both you and they will remember forever!

A makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is so special for little princesses when onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship!  The Fairy Godmothers-In-Training do a phenomenal job of making each child feel so very special and like the princesses that they are!  Even though I am a “boy mom” and don’t get the opportunity to experience everything pink and girly, I have been able to experience magical transformations with my boys!  They, too, love being transformed into swashbuckling pirates, knights in shining armor or Prince Charming!  The looks on their faces when their transformation is revealed is magical, and I will gladly let them go again and again just to see that joy once more!

Reservations for makeovers at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can be done online when your onboard booking window opens (75 days ahead of voyage for first time Guests).  At that time, you will be able to see the other offerings onboard, such as the Royal Court Royal Tea Party, along with the scheduled time(s) so you can coordinate the timing of a makeover and the tea party.  Makeovers take approximately 30 minutes and you can book more than one appointment simultaneously, if you would like.  All of those options will be available to see under “Onboard Fun” when you log into your account after your booking window opens.  Since these are popular events, I do recommend making this a priority at the 75-day mark.  Online Check-In and onboard booking will begin at the stroke of midnight (EST) so I always suggest setting a reminder so you don’t forget!

Wishing you nothing short of a magical and memorable voyage with your princesses, Lurline!

    Happy Sailing!
