My granddaughters My Disney Experience app does not have a payment method listed. What needs to be done to correct this?

    Hi, Bruce! Welcome to planDisney.

There’s nothing quite like the magic of a Walt Disney World vacation, especially when you’re making memories with your granddaughter! Whether it’s giggles on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, sharing a DOLE Whip, or fireworks lighting up the sky, these are the moments that make a trip truly unforgettable.

If your granddaughter’s My Disney Experience app doesn’t show a payment method, you’ll want to double-check that she’s signed into her account and not just linked to yours through Family & Friends. Payment methods can only be added or viewed by the primary account holder. To add a payment method, she should log in to her My Disney Experience account through a web browser (not the app), navigate to "Profile," then select "Payment Method." From there, she can safely add and save a card for future use.

Here’s a helpful tip: Once a payment method is saved, it makes ordering food with Mobile Order Service in the app a breeze and helps prevent any Grumpy's in the party from becoming hangry!
