    all we want to do is take our granddaughters to a character meal at akershus what is the least expensive ticket/pass to accomplish this? No desire fo any other sightseeing .

    Hi, Julie!   To dine at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, you will need a valid park admission ticket into Epcot.    You have some options here!

    If you plan to visit ANY other theme parks besides Epcot for your meal with the princesses, you can add the park hopper option to your ticket.   With that you, you can enter Epcot, go to the Norway Pavilion for your meal, then head over to another theme park. 

    If you are strictly going to dine and not visit ANY parks during your visit to WDW, your least expensive option is a one day/one park ticket for each guest in your party.   While this is an option, it is a pricey one if you are just going to eat and leave!    Adult tickets (ages 10 and over) will cost about $79 and a child ticket (ages 3 - 9) will cost about $68. (prices subject to change, plus tax.)     PLUS the cost of your meal!

    Epcot has some nice attractions and activities for  guests of all ages!  So if you do have the time to spend, get your money's worth out of your ticket and explore Epcot.    Your granddaughters might enjoy Journey Into Imagination, The Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush, and more!   I hope you will be pleasantly surprised with how much Epcot has to offer your little princesses!
