Hi, Donna! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Your granddaughters will love being treated like princesses at the
Bibbiddy Bobbidi Boutique! My friend
Ritzy recently answered a similar question and gave some pretty great advice! Make sure that you arrive at
Magic Kingdom Park at least 40 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time for bag check and check-in. After this, you should see a Cast Member available for advanced reservation check-ins, where you will give your salon reservation number, and just like magic- in you go!
It's important to note that the Disney Parks Blog announced an
enhanced theme park opening at Magic Kingdom Park starting on January 9th, 2017, so I can’t be sure how they will be proceeding at that point. This new park opening procedure will allow Guests to enter the theme park before the actual opening and head down Main Street, U.S.A. I have been told by contacting Disney’s Reservations and Tickets line that Guests will only have access to Main Street, U.S.A., and that there should still be a Cast Member near "the hub" (the area between Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A.) for reservation check-ins. As this is a very new procedure, I would suggest consulting your Lobby Concierge at your Disney Resort Hotel before your arrivals, or checking with
Guest Relations.
I hope that your granddaughters have a magical time!
Jen
