Janice, it sounds like you may be looking to see where the
Annual Passes are saved? If your granddaughter has her own
My Disney Experience account or if her Pass sits in a guardian’s account, the easiest way to find it is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app to see if it’s linked.
To do this, simply have her log into the
My Disney Experience mobile app, then select the three horizontal lines on the right corner. On the next page, select “Tickets & Passes” and on the following page, if it’s linked, you should see her Annual Pass (and any other tickets that may be linked). If it shows up in the app, that means it’s ready to be used to book
Disney Park Passes and head into the Theme Parks!
If for any reason her Annual Pass isn’t linked to an account, you can always do so by adding the confirmation number from the original purchase into My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you need further information or other details about Annual Passes and how they’re linked, you and your granddaughter can always call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ or Annual Passholders help desks.
