It sounds like you and your family are gearing up for a magical trip of a lifetime! How exciting! One of the reasons I love visiting the Disneyland Resort is its dedication to ensuring that all Guests can experience the magic, no matter their needs. I’ll be happy to dive into the
resources and accommodations available to you.
You can
rent a manual wheelchair at the Stroller Shop! The Stroller Shop is located right outside the theme parks, east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance. Currently, it costs $15.00 per day for manual wheelchair rentals. Wheelchair rentals also require a refundable deposit of $20.00. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Please keep in mind that these wheelchairs may not be reserved in advance. Your family will need to arrive early, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, rentals must be returned at the end of each park day.
Bonus Tip: If you want to eliminate the hassle of waking up early to secure a rental at the park each day, a length-of-stay rental may suit your needs better. If you are staying at
one of the Disneyland Resort hotels, you can pre-order a mobility rental through Disney’s Featured Provider, ScooterBug. They will deliver the mobility device to you at your hotel!
