My granddaughter has "Your Way - no expiration" 10 day pass purchased in 2006 but for ages 3-9. Can it  be upgraded for free when turning 10? She is 14 now and needs to upgrade if possible.

    Hi Ruth,

Your granddaughter has an issue that has faced a number of people who bought no expiration tickets a decade or more ago. My sister recently had to convert my niece's old no expiration ticket, and she was able to change it to an adult ticket and add it to her My Disney Experience account without issue. She just needed to work through Walt Disney World Guest Relations.

You must have the physical ticket in hand. You can call 407.939.7523 to speak to a cast member about converting the ticket or you can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. You'll find the instructions here for determining how many days are left on the tickets. I would probably start there.  I believe that's how my sister resolved her issue.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ruth. Please let us know if we can answer any more questions for you.
