My granddaughter will be 21/2 when we go in November. I would love to surprise her with the whole Bibbity bobbity boo experience. Do you think they would take her so young? Would it be worth it?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Luann!

It's so exciting that you're traveling to Walt Disney World Resort this fall with your granddaughter. You're going to experience everything in a whole new way when you see the magic through her eyes! I'm sure you've seen lots of little girls in princess dresses at Magic Kingdom Park and have been dreaming of the day when you can surprise your granddaughter with a reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

Magical transformations are only available for guests between the ages of 3 and 12 so at the moment your granddaughter not quite old enough. I know that she's close to three, but they will scan her MagicBand when she checks in to access her reservation and ticket information which will also let them know if she's met the age requirement, so you'll have to wait until her next birthday to go. You can still make some magic for her on your own though, which will be really special! You can visit Castle Couture, which is located just behind Cinderella Castle, and have her pick out her very own royal gown. You'll even find tiaras there, and I've even heard that Tinker Bell has given some of her pixie dust to some Cast Members to share with little princesses, so make sure to ask and see if they have any for your granddaughter!

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is such a magical experience for little ones that you should definitely go with your granddaughter on your next trip when she's old enough. Make sure to make those reservations as soon as you possibly can, up to 180 days in advance, because this experience is extremely popular and most time slots for a day do tend to get booked as soon as they are released.

    Have a magical day, Luann!
