    my 4 grandchildrens & son-in-laws 1st trip to WDW in Oct. years ago when my daughter & I went we got first-timers pins, are they still available. If so where do we get them, City Hall. Can't wait... Children 5,4,1 1/2, & ..

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    That sounds like a great trip!  You can pick up a First Time Visitor pin at Guest Relations at any of the theme parks.  In the Magic Kingdom, it is in City Hall; in Epcot it is just to the left of Spaceship Earth.  You can also usually pick them up at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and Downtown Disney.
