Hello, Donna! Welcome to
planDisney.
Donna, you've got to be getting so excited for your grandchildren to spend the summer with you! That is such a special time and going to Walt Disney World with them is just going to make it even that much more magical.
Donna, only Guests 18 and over are required to show proof of residency when using
Florida Resident tickets. This is great news for you! You will be able to purchase them for your grandchildren when they visit. However, you will need to show proof of residency for your ticket and anyone else 18 and older. You can show
proof of residency, to activate the tickets, at any Guest relations window found at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks and at Disney Springs. When verifying your residency you can use a valid Florida driver's license with a Florida address, a valid Florida state-issued ID card or a valid Florida-based military ID.
When your grandchildren visit over the summer, Donna, I hope you'll consider taking them to
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. You know all too well how hot the Florida sun can be a day splish-splashing around the water park is so much fun. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park has a lot to offer kids of all ages which would be perfect for your grandkids. Plus, they have the quintessential water park snack there - mini donuts! There's no better way to end a day at a water park than fresh warm, cinnamon sugar donuts. It's sure to put a smile on your grandkids' faces.
I hope this helps, Donna. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
