My grandchildren are 4,3 and 2. What will the price be for them?

Welcome to planDisney, Angela! I am so happy you’ve come to my fellow panelist and me to assist you with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question.

Planning a trip to The Most Magical Place On Earth with your grandchildren sounds terrific! My wife and I have recently planned two visits, and we had both sets of our children’s grandparents join us. It was incredibly magical and memorable. Be sure to purchase Disney’s Memory Maker to have professional photos taken to document your trip; you won’t regret it!

To answer your question, the cost of Theme Park Tickets for your grandchildren is going to be based on a few different factors, but first, you must know that you will only be responsible for purchasing tickets for your three (3) and four (4) year olds, the two (2) year old is going to be a Guest of Mickey! To get a better idea of how much it will cost, you will need to determine the time of year you would be visiting, the number of days you would like to visit, whether or not you want to visit one park per day or be able to hop from one park to another within the same day, and if you would like to enjoy other Disney amenities such as the water parks or miniature golf.

My suggestion would be to visit the Theme Park Ticket site, select the date on the calendar that will coincide with your arrival date, choose the number of days you envision visiting, and then alternate between the different types of tickets to get an idea of the cost. As of right now, the Theme Park Tickets page is showing the ability to make purchases through October 2025, so if you are planning to visit beyond then, keep checking the Disney Park Blog for an announcement on when the holiday season will be available, or select a date and date range as close to your visit as possible to get a ballpark for what to expect.

Please let me know if you would like some recommendations on which Disney Resorts Collection hotels would be a good fit for your family. I recently toured the Family Suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort; the Lion King theme was my favorite. I’ve also enjoyed visits to a few of the Deluxe Villas that provide ample space, separate living and sleeping areas, kitchenettes, or full kitchens, and some even have washers and dryers. I would happily share my preferences and why if you haven’t decided yet! If you have any additional questions, I’d be happy to help!

    See you real soon!
