    I got my grandchildren the Military 4 day park hopper for 2020 but the park closed before activated. The military base said they're still good. Can my grandchild use them with picture of my ID? I have had 4 surgeries recently and can not go with them.

    How wonderful that you purchased Military Salute theme park tickets for your sweet grandchildren. As a military spouse, I am so grateful for the military discounts offered to military Guests at the Disney parks and resorts, and I know just how important together time is for our military families. 

    The 2020 Military Salute tickets do require that someone with a valid and active military ID arrives at the Disneyland Resort in person to activate the tickets for all members of the party. It sounds like that's not possible for you, and I recommend that you call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Ticketing Cast Member. Please note that hold times are longer than usual as Guests plan their Return to a Land of Magic, but please hang in there so you can work with a Cast Member to determine your options.
