My grandaughter princess gown is very itchy. Any tips on making it softer?????. Thanks

    Hi Susan!

My sister has this problem every year with my niece; she's very sensitive and has fits if she is even a little irritated.  My sister washes the costume at least once, then lets it drip dry.  Don't put it in the dryer!  Steam it to get the wrinkles out.  She also puts a tank top or tshirt underneath.  She usually trims them to the shape of the top of the costume so it's not peeking out.  Also, tights are great for protecting her legs.

I hope this helps!  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
