It’s common for parents to use their own fingerprint for a child’s
MagicBand since their tiny little fingers are sometimes hard for the scanners to read, so it's very likely your son’s fingerprint is attached to your granddaughter’s MagicBand. That is no problem though! When she taps her band, have her scan her finger and the scanner will likely light up blue. This will signal a Cast Member that you need assistance. One of the Cast Members will be able to verify it is her MagicBand using their tablet and then reset the fingerprint.
