Hi, when does the Grand Floridian put up its tree and gingerbread house? We are going November 6-11. Mickeys very merry Christmas begins that week. Thank you!

    Hi Kim!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for stopping by while you plan for your festive visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is my favorite ticketed event at Magic Kingdom Park! Seeing it snow on Main Street, U.S.A. always puts me into the holiday spirit.

My family and I love to stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, especially during the holiday season! Buying a treat at the life-size gingerbread house and taking pictures by the gorgeous tree in the Resort hotel's lobby has become a family tradition. Although I don't know the exact date when the Resort hotels begin putting up their holiday decorations, I can share that they typically go through their festive transformations after Magic Kingdom Park, later in the month of November.

Kim, I'm so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World this November! If you haven't done so already, definitely purchase tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to start your holiday season off with an unforgettable night of joy and magic!
