Greetings, Dawn!
Thanks so much for visiting by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'd be delighted to help you with planning your Disneyland Resort vacation.
You will be happy to know that you are more than welcome to bring food or drink inside the Disneyland Resort. Just take a look at the official
Park Rules for prohibited items. We always like to bring some small snacks, water, or juice for my son. Just keep in mind that all bags and outside items will be searched at security checkpoints by Cast Members, so I recommend having everything clearly visible for a smoother entrance. I also always utilize a
locker rental in the parks to store not only extra food but layers of clothes or souvenirs we purchase throughout the day as well. You can use your locker as much as you wish all day for one low price.
Even though you will be bringing in some food items, I'd love to share some of my favorite low-carb options in the parks.
Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park offers some extremely tasty skewers of grilled vegetables and meats. The bacon-wrapped asparagus Safari Skewer is one of my family's favorite snacks! I also love the chicken drumsticks you can find at Poultry Palace in Disney California Adventure Park.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
