My grand boys both 7 not 54 inches favorite ride is Tomorrow Land Speedway Can the 3 of us fit in one car? If not any suggestions ? Both want to drive so can ride twice if we can fit. Thank you so much for all your help.

    Hi Gayle,

The Tomorrowland Speedway is one of those attractions that my daughter would do non-stop all day long if we'd let her. She's only 4, but I'm proud to say that she's already showing signs of being a gearhead like her Daddy!

You asked a really interesting question. It looks like you've already found the height requirements for commandeering your own vehicle, so you already know that your grandsons need to be at least 8 oil cans tall (or 54 inches) to do so.

Since they're unfortunately not quite tall enough to ride solo yet, it sounds like there might be a slight problem if it's going to be just the three of you. Technically, I have seen three guests riding in one vehicle, but it was a very tight squeeze.

My best advice would be to talk to the cast members stationed outside of the attraction to check on two things: (1) To get a measurement to see how close they are to the 8 oil can height restriction; and (2) In the event they aren't tall enough yet, to see if they think the three of you could fit into one car.

Maybe you can use this as a motivator to help them eat their vegetables between now and your Disney vacation? If they offer any hesitation, remind them of how their vegetables will help them to grow big and strong so they can pound the pavement around the Tomorrowland Speedway on their own.

I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back if you should have any additional questions and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
