Hi Samantha!
Well, aren’t you the most thoughtful daughter ever! Treating your mother to a Disney cruise to thank her for all the love and support while you worked toward graduation is an amazing gift and the perfect memory making adventure together.
Since all June 2021 sailings have been cancelled, you will first need to be able to consider different dates for this grand gesture. Working with the budget you have, I was able to find three sailings that might work for you and your mom:
August 13, August 20th, and September 10th for 3-night sailings on the
Disney Dream. To set sail on September 10th, it would be within your $ 1600 budget! You may then have to get creative about getting to Port Canaveral or have your mom cover those travel expenses, but the point is that you CAN make a cruise happen. Simply
contact Disney Cruise Line if you need additional assistance.
These special offers include what are called Guaranteed Stateroom Rates, which means that Guests are guaranteed to be in their chosen
stateroom category, but could even be at a higher category! The actual stateroom will not be assigned by Disney Cruise Line until later and will be based on availability for all guaranteed staterooms of this type.
You must be ALL IN when you make a reservation like this for several reasons. First, there can be no changes to the sail date or the stateroom category. Guests must also provide their full legal names at the time of booking, and no name changes are allowed. Finally, keep in mind that the Guaranteed Stateroom rate is non-refundable and full payment is due at booking.
Considering the discount that this rate provides and the fact that it’s within your price point for what you have saved, one of these voyages just might work for you! If not, keep checking the
Special Offers to see if new dates or rates appear.
Samantha, I really am sending you all the pixie dust that you can make a special sailing work for you and your mom, not only to thank her for everything, but also to celebrate you and your accomplishments. Happy Graduation and Happy Sailing (fingers crossed)!
Sherry
