I graduate next year and live in another state, can I attend grad night by myself??

    Hello Kailey!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What an exciting time in your life to be thinking about entering your senior year in High School!

Growing up in Southern California, I attended Grad Night at the Disneyland Resort for my Senior year in High School. Grad Night season is upon us and it would have run from dates in early May all the way until early June. The actual grad night party event is now held at Disney California Adventure Park. In the past few years there have been three ticket options where you can attend just the event, or do one park and then the event or do a Park Hopper Ticket and the event. At this time you are not able to attend by yourself if you are not part of a school group. Because you are inquiring early, I would encourage you to call Disney Youth Programs for more information if you think a group at your school would be interested in attending.

Another great option would be to attend one of the Disneyland After Dark events around this time of year. Those events are themed with things like Pixar, Star Wars, Disney Villains, etc. and are a giant party where you can enjoy live music, special characters, and shorter than usual wait times. Depending on the event, they can be held at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Also, around this time of year we start to see the Graduation merchandise like ear hats and t-shirts. It would make a great souvenir for your graduation trip.

Well Kailey, I hope this information was useful for you and that you are able to make a trip out for your Senior celebration.

Remember, always believe in the magic!
