Hey there, Aylana! Welcome to planDisney! I've
bean waiting to meet you here with your question about escaping the
daily grind and visiting
Magic Kingdom Park.
Like you, I like starting my day with a quick
drip into the
Main Street Bakery. While I love the rides a
latte, you will hear, "Please, no eating, drinking, smoking or flash photography" throughout the day. There are no rides that permit Guests to have an open beverage. You can take a thermos or container with a spill-proof lid to keep a beverage with you, but you cannot consume it while enjoying a ride or a show inside a theater.
There are options other than chugging your cup of joe. One is to get your coffee and mosey to the back of the Magic Kingdom with attractions in Frontierland. With the walk, you would have plenty of time to enjoy your coffee before boarding the wildest ride in the wilderness. I think this is also a good strategy if you are a
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad fan and want to enjoy it before it closes for refurbishment. Since the news was announced last week, the lines will likely be longer than usual.
You can also enjoy so many outdoor activities, like listening to the Dapper Dans and catching a few character greetings. Have you heard of the Frontierland Hoedown? My friend
Lizzie introduced me to this bit of magic. You would certainly need a friend to hold your cup if dancing with Chip 'n' Dale
perked your interest, but you could spectate away with a drink in hand. Good things come to those who
au lait.
I know this is not the news you hoped to hear, but I hope your day is
steeped with fun. If you have any other questions, please
mocha your way back to
planDisney. We're happy to
espresso our ideas and opinions to help you plan your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Java Nice Day!
