    we have gotten a special present for my daughters birthday since we will be there on her day..we are sneaking the box down with us.. ...we are staying at a resort in dw..can we pay to have it delivered to her room..this would be so special for her..thanks

    Hi Debora! Sounds like you are truly planning a wonderful magical birthday for your daughter. Surprises are always fun to plan and it shouldn't be difficult for you to have a box delivered to your room. I suggest you contact the bell staff at your resort and give them the box and ask them to deliver it to the room at that time. It is best not to give it to them and ask them to deliver it at a later time as they will get busy and then there is the chance they might forget or be delayed. Since this is a service that is special it would be nice to offer them a gratuity when you give them the box. I don't forsee a problem getting this done unless of course the surprise is a pony! Enjoy your stay and I am sure everything you have planned will make your daughter's birthday memorable forever!
