Where is the Goofy's Country Jamboree located? I read about it on another website and this was the first time I had heard of it.

Alas, Goofy is no longer kicking up his heels at the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon in the Magic Kingdom. This was a fun show in Frontierland where kids were encouraged to participate in some good, ol’ fashion country dancing. The Jamboree ended in October of 2004.

Originally this was the site of the Diamond Horseshoe Revue. I remember seeing this Old West entertainment with can-can dancers before I was even in High School. Let’s not do the math, okay?! It’s gone through several name changes and once served a table service menu that required reservations. I really liked the show when you could get a counter service snack and relax out of the hot sun. The balcony seating provided a good view and a place for shy people to avoid the antics of the showgirls.

The last time I peeked inside this building, it was a character meet ‘n’ greet area for Woody and his friends.

Most recently, it’s been opened during busy holiday times as an alternative buffet meal location.
