Bonjour and Bienvenue, Gloria!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question!
I'm so sorry to hear that you are unable to visit
Disneyland Paris as planned. I recently had to cancel a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, so I know just how disappointing it can be to postpone a magical vacation, especially during the holiday season.
I see that you're hoping to assign your ticket to a different Guest — how generous! — but unfortunately, most Disneyland Paris theme park tickets are nontransferable. Because of this, it is not currently possible to change the assigned name on a ticket via the Disneyland Paris app, website, or by phone. You can, however, contact the
Client Relation Center to have a Disney agent record the new Guest's name in the system and associate it with your ticket. Then, you'll need to provide the new Guest with a signed letter indicating your consent to the ticket transfer — be sure to include both of your names — so that they can present it to Cast Members upon use of the ticket if requested at the theme park's entrance.
I hope this clears things up for you, Gloria, and that you're able to head back into the magic so very soon. Don't forget that
Disney Adventure World will officially become a part of Disneyland Paris on March 29, so 2026 will be a great year to make some magical memories!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
