Is there any good time in SUMMER to go with minimal crowds?

Oy..hmm..I've gone in early June, its technically not summer yet.  There are about 9 hours of sunlight, so you have lots of light....Schools summer breaks start and the crowds start pouring in, at the end of June...June also has traditionally had big weekends, like for example, I'm pretty sure the Star Wars weekends were in June last year.  But then in 2006 the Star Wars weekends were in May, so its really hard to know where the crowds will be.  August can be blistering hot, and I mean that in a literal sense, but by the end of the month the crowd decreases but so does day light by about an hour.  You will have about 8 hours of light.  AVOID JULY...its way to crowded...I was there for a conference 4 years ago in July, and it was packed...made note to self, not going to go in July.  No worries about this being your last question...thats what we are all here for....Ask as much as you need, if I or any of us can answer we will do our best!!!  Hope this helps...Heather M.
