We want to get a good spot for the MK Parade at 3:00 on Monday 2/27/2012 - how early do people start finding their "SPOT' for the parade? Are the lines for the rides much shorter while the parade is going on?

    Hi Maggi!

The Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade is so much fun and therefore quite popular. As with other parades, many Guests will start claiming their curbside spot as early as an hour before it begins. Attraction lines can fluctuate throughout the day, depending on a number of factors, not just parade viewing. Generally speaking, it is logical to conclude that parades will draw a fair number of Guests away from popular attractions. Then again this is not to say you will be experiencing nearly empty queues throughout the theme park when the parades are happening. For my favorite parades viewing spots at Magic Kingdom and other Disney Theme Parks, read HERE. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.
