    how good is Space 220?

Howdy, Marianne! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for visiting us and trusting us with your vacation plans! When it comes to deciding how to spend your time and money at Walt Disney World, I understand wanting to get a good sense ahead of time and feel prepared! Space 220 Restaurant is the newest Disney Table Service Restaurant, now open and taking reservations! I hope to visit it soon with some of my planDisney family, but I Was happy to learn more about it to help you make the best choice for yourself and your family.

The restaurant offers a completely immersive trip to space, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal among the stars. There’s truly nothing else like it! The menu is outlined on the Walt Disney World website and includes many amazing space-themed dishes, which seem inventive and fresh. In the main dining room, there is a prix-fixe format, so adults pay a firm $55 and have the choice of an entree and an appetizer. The kids’ menu price is $29. Sides are available for an extra charge, as well as out-of-this-world desserts! The menu items are customizable and the early reviews have been favorable! Especially toward the flank steak, salmon, and brussels sprouts, which I hear are scrumptious! Definitely check the web for many updated reviews on some of the popular blogs and websites, as you can see many photos and descriptions if you don’t mind the spoilers!

As these experiences go, it is not a quick in-and-out meal option. You will want to devote time to it and make sure you leave enough to truly immerse yourself in it! If you can and want to do that, it definitely feels like a great new option and a way to keep your trip fresh! One of my favorite things about Walt Disney World is our trips are never the same. We love to find ways to make them memorable, such as new experiences, all while enjoying those favorite things that keep us coming back.

Marianne, I hope that this information has helped you make a decision about your next Disney vacation! If we can assist again in any other way, do not hesitate to come back and see us! It is our pleasure to help!

    Happy Travels!
