where is a good place to go out for Drinks? Does anywhere have a cover to get in?

Hi Michelle!  The World Showcase in Epcot is a great place to find different locations to relax and enjoy a drink. It is a favorite of many in the evenings since you can linger and enjoy the wonderful Illuminations show each night. The Mexico Pavilion has a Tequila Bar inside the pavilion which is very popular. Another popular place is the Tutto Italia Wine Cellar in Italy where you can sit and relax in a cozy atmosphere away from the crowds. Morocco has recently opened the Spice Road Table with a walk up bar and for a fun atmosphere try the Rose and Crown Pub. I have not mentioned some of the other countries but they will all have either carts with snacks and drinks or small table seating areas where you can order your favorite liquid.

Another location that is popular is the Boardwalk area. I personally love the bars in the Yacht and Beach Club resorts called Crews Cup Bar and Martha Vineyard Lounge. The Yacht Club also has a small Ale and Compass Lounge off the lobby. The Boardwalk Inn has a very popular spot called the Belle Vue Lounge and a favorite spot for us is the Flying Fish Cafe where you can sometimes get a walk up seat at the bar.

Jellyrolls Club is located on the Boardwalk and one of Orlando's hottest night spots. Here you can enjoy a nightclub atmosphere while listening to the dueling pianos from 7pm-2am each night. You can even send in a request for them to play your favorite song.

Many of the resorts have lounges including the the Polynesian with the new Trader Sam's Grog Grotto and Tiki Bar. The Contemporary and Grand Floridian also have places where you can relax and enjoy an evening to watch the lights of the Magic Kingdom. You will not find cover charges for Disney resort lounges.

This would not be complete if I didn't mention Disney Springs. Here is a place you can find tons of places to sit and relax and enjoy a drink. Cover charges are generally not found unless there is a special event.  Enjoy and have fun!
