Hey there Emmanuel,
Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for your question! I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort for next summer!
The
Early Entry perk is an exclusive benefit for Guests staying in
Disneyland Resort hotels, not the
Good Neighbor hotels. This extra 30 minutes before park opening is a really great way to fit in an extra attraction or three before the park opens to all other Guests.
However, the other fun component to these Early Entry times is that
Disney PhotoPass photographers are also out! On a trip last year, my family and I took advantage of this on the way to another attraction and got some really wonderful pictures taken in front of
Sleeping Beauty Castle and there was no one else in the background! It was like we had our own private family photos!
While an extra 30 minutes in one of the parks of the Disneyland Resort isn't necessarily a make-or-break for a trip, it's certainly helpful! I'm a huge fan of this perk and strongly encourage considering the Disneyland Resort hotels if you're able to swing it.
Thanks again for your question, Emmanuel! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
