    Good Morning, Will the Festival of the Lion King Signature Dining Package be available the first week of October, 2019? Thanks!

     Theresa, I'm so pleased to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this fall. With so many new and magical experiences being offered, now more than ever is the time to visit!

     Your question involves two of my absolute favorite things; incredible food and amazing entertainment. The Festival of the Lion King Signature Dining Package includes a delicious three-course meal at Tiffins Restaurant followed by VIP seating for Festival of the Lion King. Guests even receive a commemorative cast photo! Additionally, Guests who purchase the Tier 1 dining package get to experience a unique safari tour with a tour guide through the African outback. How wild is that?

     Availability for special dining experiences is usually released about 6-months in advance. I haven't heard any news about the Festival of the Lion King Signature Dining Package being discontinued, so my best guess is that availability just hasn't been released yet. I recommend continuing to check for availability online. I'm sure a bit of pixie-dust will be sprinkled on the October calendar any day now, and you'll see availability appear soon!
