Good morning want to complete on line check in

    Hi Vern! Welcome to planDisney!

Your stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is VERY close now! I think you will love staying on Walt Disney World property with the amazing Disney touches that can be found at the resorts. Each resort offers a detailed theme that makes you feel like you never have to leave the magic!

To complete Online Check-In, you will want to sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. You should see your Disney Resort reservation near the top of that page and can click "Start Check-In Now" to complete the Online Check-In process.

You can also complete it through the My Disney Experience mobile app. When logged in to your account on the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then "Resort Hotel." Touch the blue button that says "Start Check-In Now" and fill in all the fields. If you enter a mobile phone number, you can get text alerts including when your room is ready, your room number, and a resort map. This allows you to skip the Front Desk when you arrive and head straight to your room!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Vern! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
