Good Morning Myself and my family will shortly be arriving for a 2 week holiday and intend to visit Disney. I am 4 months pregnant and was wondering what the restrictions are for going on the rides> Which ones am I allowed to ride on? Thanks:)

    Hi Samantha!

Congratulations on your upcoming addition to your family. I know this is an exciting time for everyone.

When heading to a them park that includes a multitude of rides and attractions it is best to stop and converse with your doctor about things you should avoid. He will know your condition best and can recommend things to you.

All of the Attractions in Disneyland and California Adventure will have signs of precautions to guests with health concerns. Obviously the roller coaster type rides would not be good for you and anything where a bar is across your middle and jerks you around. If you have any questions about an attraction just stop and ask the cast member who will be standing at the entrance to describe what is involved. You will need to make the decision yourself on what you are comfortable with doing. Many attractions require you to step down or into vehicles and if you do this please take your time and get assistance from a family member when entering and exiting.

There are many shows that you can easily enjoy and I am sure you will fill your day with tons of fun and magic during your vacation trip
