Hi Greta,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question. I was so happy to hear that
Disneyland Resort will be welcoming back all guests as of June 15, I can't wait to walk through the gates of Disneyland Park for the first time in forever!
Being from Canada, I completely understand the complicated travel restrictions we as international guests are facing in getting back to Disneyland Resort. If you are unable to use your
Theme Park Ticket prior to the expiration, don't worry, Greta. Guests are able to use the value of their wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Ticket when you are ready to travel again. I hope that restrictions will be lifted soon and we will both be able to experience some more Disney magic, it has been way too long! I recommend calling
Ticket Services for more information regarding your specific tickets or to use the value of your old Theme Park Ticket to purchase a new one.
Please know that when you do visit Disneyland Resort, guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a
Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter a Theme Park. Theme Park Reservations can be made online, or at the same time you purchase your Theme Park Tickets.
I hope this information was useful, Greta. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney, we are always here to help.
