    Good Morning, Can you tell me if I buy a Florida resident Seasonal Pass at the gate can I still do the monthly payments or is that only if I buy it on line? Thank you.

    Hi Rosemary,

    We've been Seasonal passholders for 15 years and were thrilled three years ago when Walt Disney World added the monthly payment option. Now our passes are even more convenient and economical.

    The payment option originally was available only online, and I've only used the online option to buy or renew my passes with the payment plan. But a few weeks after the program began, the Disney Parks Blog announced that the payment option for annual passes had been extended to the ticket windows at the theme parks.

    Even if you renew online, you will need to go to a ticket window or Guest Relations to show your Florida identification and activate your passes. The passes will expire one year from the date they are activated.

    I hope that clarifies the process for you and that you and your family get as much enjoyment from your passes as my family and I get from ours.
