Rochelle from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Good morning. We are worried about rising Covid cases. May we get refunds for our Disneyland tickets? Or can we reschedule our tickets to next year? Our original date is for this Jan 18, 2022.

Hiya, Rochelle! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your questions. I can completely understand your concern about health and safety and I am so glad you came to us for advice on how to reschedule your magical experience.

Rochelle, while there are no refunds given on theme park tickets, the good news is that the expiration dates typically leave plenty of time to reschedule at a time that you feel comfortable. In most cases, multi-day tickets purchased in 2021 will expire on January 12, 2023, and tickets purchased in 2022 will expire on January 12, 2024. There are different rules for one-day tickets. You can always contact a friendly Cast Member using the “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app if you want to double-check about expiration dates.

For now, you can simply cancel your current theme park reservations and your theme park tickets will remain linked to your account. They will be waiting for you once you are ready to return to the magic.

Rochelle, I have had some of the same concerns and want to assure you that the Disneyland Resort is taking the health and safety of Guests very seriously. It remains their top priority. Everyone has a different comfort level and I believe in trusting your intuition. When you are ready, I hope you will have the most magical experience ever!

Please stop by and see us again if you have more questions. You have a friend in me!
