Hey, Edgar! Welcome to planDisney!
In the words of the legendary Sherman Brothers, "Making memories, making memories, taking pictures is making memories/Catching little pieces of time/Making them yours (and making them mine)." In my personal experience,
Disney PhotoPass is a brilliant way to sprinkle some extra pixie dust on those memories. They're always a nice supplement to the photos I take with my own camera.
I'm sorry to hear that you can't find your Disney PhotoPass pictures from last November Edgar. Usually, you can access your PhotoPass pictures by opening up the app and tapping on "Photos." You can then download them to your device. However, any photos in your account would have
expired 45 days from the date the photo was taken. Unfortunately, the current system is not capable of storing photos permanently. I wish I had better news for you, Edgar. I'll be wishing upon a star that someone in your party stumbles upon those pictures as they scroll through their phone.
Next time you visit Disneyland Resort, make sure you download those photos as soon as your vacation comes to an end. If you'd prefer a longer download window, there's an option to purchase a
one-time 15-day extension for Disney PhotoPass photos. Simply visit the Disney PhotoPass Products page and select "Expiration Extension."
I hope that's clarifying and helpful, Edgar. Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
Mike
