I'm sorry to know that you've been having trouble securing your dining reservation via your
MyDisneyExperience account. I have a few other ideas for you to try. The first would be to visit
Chef Mickey's webpage directly, which I've linked for you. On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a button to "Check Availability" and you'll want to select that. From there, you'll input the date you'd like to visit, the time of day you'd like to dine and your party size. If there is availability, you'll see it reflected there and be able to book a reservation. The other way to make an advanced dining reservation is to call 407-WDW-DINE and a Cast Member will be able to help you directly. Phone lines open up at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day. If you can, I suggest calling bright and early to reduce your waiting time on hold as phone lines can get pretty busy throughout the day.
If there is no current availability, be sure to keep checking back. As Guests change their plans and drop dining reservations spots do open back up. I've had great luck securing a dining reservation closer to my vacation date by just being diligent about checking back.
