Juan from PICHINCHA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Good morning, in 2014 I traveled with my family to Disney World. I bought some tickets, but I already had to travel back to my country and I didn't use them. I still have the tickets that don't have an expiration date. Can I use them this year?

Hiya, Juan! Welcome to planDisney, where we love helping our fellow Disney-loving Guests plan magical Disney vacations. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

Thankfully, the Walt Disney World Resort will honor any and all unused and unexpired Theme Park tickets, so you're in for a real treat! Having said that, you need to know that all Theme Park tickets purchased after 2004 expire 14 days after their first use. However, I do believe that this is definitely not the case for you, since you mentioned that you didn't get the chance to use them back in 2014.

Juan, in order for you to get those old tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to speak to a Cast Member at any Guest Relations location throughout the Resort, call them at 001 (407) 939-1289, or send them an email explaining your situation by filling out this handy form. If you want my opinion, I think that you should definitely call them as soon as possible. This is because you'll also need to make your Theme Park reservations, so having your tickets linked will be a lifesaver!

I hope that you have a wonderful time at the Most Magical Place on Earth, Juan. If you have any other questions in English or in Spanish, my friends and I would be more than happy to assist you! You know exactly where to find us.

    Ta-ta for now,
