Hi again Donna,
Thanks for asking us another question - it’s wonderful to see you again!
I actually think that it’s a great idea to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort really is a short walk away and, frankly, you’ll have more
Disney Transportation options for getting back to your car when you end your Disney day (from my experience, it can sometimes take a while for the
Resort Monorail to make it allll the way around to the “Poly”, especially when the Park closes).
From what I understand, the Ticket and Transportation Center typically opens at least 2 hours before
Magic Kingdom Park is scheduled to open for the day. If the Park is hosting
Extra Magic Hours that day, then it normally opens 2 hours before those extra hours start, too! So I highly recommend parking there, if you don’t want to have to move your car after you’ve finished fuelling up for the day at ‘
Ohana.
As always, I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect day at Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions; as you know, I’m always thrilled to speak to my fellow Canadians!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
