Good morning, I have tickets that have not been used. It was scheduled for Dec 27th but could make it due to health reasons. They do not show up on my account and would like to use them for April.

Hello Ampi, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that you were unable to visit Walt Disney World Resort on your planned visitation date, and I hope this finds you well.

I can understand not wanting to feel like you have lost the value of your purchase, but no worries, you will not lose the value you paid for your theme park tickets as long as they are unused. You can apply the value of your unused ticket towards the purchase of a ticket for a future date. Of course, if the ticket dates you have your eye on yield a higher price, you are responsible for the difference in cost. To discuss your options, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-1936, and a cast member will be able to assist you with your request. When you call, be sure to have your theme park ticket information handy.

We are here to help; please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
