Good morning, how do I see if my ticket is still validated? Where can i input the ticket number?

Hello there, Patty. Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests plan the most magical visits by answering questions and giving our best tips and tricks.

It looks like you are planning a trip this month, so let's make sure you are ready to go! The easiest way to check to make sure your ticket is still valid would be to head to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. Next, hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "Link Tickets". There you will be able to use the Ticket ID number to link the ticket to your account. If it links without issue, it should still be valid. If it is no longer valid, there will probably be an error. You can also contact Ticket Services and they should be able to look up the ticket information with the Ticket ID number and tell you if it's still valid or not.

If a ticket has expired but is a wholly, unused ticket, you may be able to use the purchase price of this ticket towards a new ticket of equal or greater value.

If your ticket is valid, be sure to head to the Ticket and Reservation Details page to make theme park ticket reservations for the date and park that you want to visit. Currently, ticket and theme park reservations are both needed in order to enter the parks.

Patty, I hope you get everything squared away and are able to visit the parks this month. Please come back and visit us again if you have any other questions for us. See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mama and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. We love that we are close enough to Disneyland Resort to make a last-minute trip to see the Mouse quite frequently. You'll find us in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can fit in! I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
