Good morning, I have three complimentary tickets and we're planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. I wanted to know what I should do with these tickets and which parks I have access to, whether just Disneyland Paris or Disney Adventure World as well.

Hiya pal, welcome to planDisney! I’m delighted to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disneyland Paris… let the magic begin!

It looks like you are planning to visit the happiest place in Europe this July. Summer is a lovely time to visit, with long sunny days to enjoy even more rides, like Big Thunder Mountain. But be sure to visit World of Frozen, even in the summer sunshine, it’s worth melting for!

I’m sure you must be excited about your complimentary tickets to Disneyland Paris, so let’s dive straight into your question and bring a little clarity on how to use them.

There are two magical parks at Disneyland Paris; Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. Which parks you have access to will depend on the type of complimentary ticket you have, such as a 1-Park ticket or 2-Park ticket. Both parks have their own unique magic, so whichever park you visit, you're sure to have the most wonderful adventure.

I hope you're not too disheartened to hear that, without seeing your tickets, I unfortunately can't confirm which parks you have access to. But don't lose hope, friend, simply contact a Disney Expert, and they will happily discuss your ticket type with you.

If your complimentary tickets are undated, you’ll need to register your visit in advance to enter the Disney Parks. Simply visit the Online Registration Platform, and search for the date of your visit to confirm park availability. You will be taken to your MyDisney Account, where you’ll need to log in and add your ticket information to your account. Then, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you’ll be able to select the dates you’ve been dreaming of for your visit!

Since your ticket is complimentary, you may not need to register your visit, but it’s definitely something to check with a Disney Expert before your jolly holiday so that you can make sure all of your plans are practically perfect in every way!

Top Tip: Before your trip, be sure to download the Disneyland Paris mobile app! One of my favourite features of the app is making a Wish List before I arrive. My family loves to add all of our favourite attractions and rides to the Wish List in the app, so that we can tick off as many as possible on the day!

I hope this has helped give you a little clarity about your upcoming trip, friend. If you have any more questions, you always have a friend in me at planDisney.

    Magic Awaits,

    Abi
