Hi Marjorie,
Welcome to planDisney!
Although you can certainly contact a Cast Member by phone to get help with tickets and advanced dining reservations, I prefer to make purchases and reservations online. In my experience, it is much faster for me to do so myself.
First things first, make sure you have a
My Disney Experience account with everyone traveling with you listed or linked in your
My Family & Friends List. To purchase tickets, check your
theme park ticket options and decide how many days to purchase. When purchasing those tickets, you will need to assign them to the friends and/or family traveling with you.
Once you have your theme park tickets, you need to make
advanced dining reservations. Looking at your arrival date, you should be within your
dining reservation window. To make dining reservations, just search the
restaurant list for dining locations that accept reservations. On that search page, you can also filter by a specific location instead of All Parks & Resorts. If there is no availability online, keep searching. Cancelations do happen!
Once you make those dining reservations, they should automatically link in your My Disney Experience account. If not, you can log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans. Select
Link Reservations and Purchases to link a dining reservation to your account. To link a reservation, you will need the confirmation number that should have been emailed to you.
Marjorie, once you start making those reservations, I trust you will see how quickly you can get it done! I am sending you a little extra reservation pixie dust hoping all goes well!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
