Good morning , I recently booked tickets for disney world, but I can't link them to my account, they tell me each time it's already done but I don't see them displayed, Thank you for your reply Cordially

    Hello Maxence,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

While I’m happy to hear that you’ve recently purchased tickets for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, but I’m sorry that you’re having trouble linking them to your My Disney Experience account. I understand how frustrating that can be!

Here are some steps that I recommend you take in order to troubleshoot this issue. First, log in to your My Disney Experience account. Then, click on the “My Plans” section (should be the main page that you see after logging in.) Check the “My Planning Party” section – you should see your own profile (name, and icon) listed there, as well as any other people/profiles that are included in your My Family & Friends list. You’ll see a series of 3 icons, representing a resort reservation, Theme Park Tickets and Disney Dining reservations that are associated with each of the profiles. If the ticket icon isn’t greyed out for you and the members of your party, then that means that they have valid Theme Park admission associated with their accounts. This can sometimes happen because the online purchasing process asks you right away who will be using these tickets, which is why you’re getting this error message – the linking process is already done!

If that icon is greyed out, scroll down to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section. Immediately under that heading, on the left-hand side of the screen, you should see two choices: “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets and Memory Maker.” Click on the tickets option and you should see a list of all the tickets and Memory Maker purchases associated with your Family & Friends’ profiles that are linked to you. You should see your party’s tickets listed there.

Another option: if you’ve already downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App (it may not be available for download in your region), please go to the menu option on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. You’ll see an option for “Tickets and Passes” and, by swiping right, you should be able to scroll through all of the tickets that have been associated with any of the profiles included in your “My Family & Friends List.”

If none of those options are working for you, you’ll unfortunately need to contact Walt Disney World Resort either by telephone or by email in order to get additional assistance with the linking process.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et veuillez noter que vous pouvez également nous poser des questions en Français

    Have a Magical Day,
