Hi Victor! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
I hope you've been enjoying your
Magic Key passes! I became a Magic Key holder for the first time this year, and I love the increased access to the parks,
discounts, and perks associated with having a Magic Key. Also, if you're not yet following the official
Disneyland Magic Key blog, do! It's where I find out about all the upcoming exclusives for Magic Key holders. I picked up such a cute complimentary pin the last time I was at the parks because I heard about it on the blog! There is almost always something new to discover.
I certainly understand that changing life situations sometimes means other changes need to occur in our lives as we adjust accordingly. Unfortunately, according to the
Terms and Conditions of your Magic Key Passes, our passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. I do want to let you know, however, that you can always speak to a friendly Cast Member at the
Magic Key Holders phone line. They'd be happy to answer your questions and assist you with whatever they can. Perhaps you can discuss your specific circumstances with them.
In the meantime, you have the option to let two of your Magic Keys expire while still having the option of
renewing the other two in the 30-day window leading up to expiration. If you've decided your current Magic Key isn't the perfect fit, you'll have the option to upgrade or downgrade your Magic Keys if you prefer subject to the new Magic Key's availability, which can change. That might give you more options to help with your decision.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
