Hello, Judy!
Welcome back to planDisney! I am so glad to hear that you had a magical time on your recent trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I am sure you are still glistening with Pixie Dust after your last visit.
The magic of your recent trip lives on in your Memory Maker photos. I am happy to tell you that a Memory Maker is good for 60 days from the day of activation. During that time you can download any or all of the PhotoPass Photos in your Memory Maker account, without an additional purchase.
To download all your photos at once, you will need to log in to your Memory Maker account from a laptop or computer by clicking on the
My Photos tab in My Disney Experience. If you traveled with other family or friends, be sure to click on the
Include Family & Friends button, near the top right corner of the page. Next, click on one of your photos, to select it, and then check the
Select all visible media box, just under the Download button. This will choose all of your photos and any bonus theme park shots all at once for you. Click the
Download button to start the download process. Your photos will be saved to your computer in a zip folder wherever your new downloads are kept.
Did you know that you can also order an
archive USB drive or archive DVD of your photos? Having one of these products is a great backup to your downloaded photos if something should happen to your original files. When you purchase either of these products, you will receive all the active photos on your Memory Maker account, along with over 400 high-resolution images taken throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
Enjoy your photos, and if you need any more help planning your next vacation, please come back and ask us.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
