Welcome, Foolish Mortal, to planDisney.
It’s so nice to meet you, Heather, and I’m happy to hear that you will be attending this year's
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary-Halloween Party. I am too! It’s going to be a chill-ing good time, that’s a fact!
I’ve recently run into a similar situation with my husband’s
water park ticket. I was able to add my ticket, and my two little ones' tickets to my wallet using
Disney MagicMobile Service, but not his. I believe the reason is that he has his own My Disney Experience account. Do those in your party have their own account? Even if they don’t have the
app on their mobile devices, they still might have an account. Basically, if the ticket belongs to someone that you do not manage, they will need to download it themselves. The good news is that once they download their MagicMobile pass, they can share it with you! That way, you can be the keeper of tickets. That’s what I am in my family. As well as the planner, guide, and tip provider.
Speaking of tips, I have a few for this haunting event! Number one, bring an extra bag to store all the delicious treats you will be collecting during the party. There will be so much to enjoy between the four of you. Number two, read the c
ostume guidelines before planning your outfits for the evening. And number 3, have fun and take so many photos!
Heather, I hope this helps so that you can go back to planning for this spooktacular event. If you’re still running into difficulties accessing your ticket, I recommend giving the My Disney Experience team a
call! A Cast Member there will be more than happy to provide additional troubleshooting over the phone. After that, it's just a matter of counting down until you can be added to the 999 Happy Haunts who reside in the Haunted Mansion.
There's always room for one more,
Shantel
