Hi Guest! Welcome to planDisney.
November is a great time for the family to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. Often you will catch both fall and Christmas decor. Truly, the best of both magical times at the house of the mouse. Your visit is also in time to experience the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
You bring a very good and important question for your vacation. While stroller wagons are on the list of prohibited items per the
Walt Disney World Official Park Rules, every once in a while you will see them in the parks with "red tags" indicating an exception has been made by security at the gates for families with special needs children. I cannot guarantee your acceptance, but I can encourage you to contact
Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com for further clarification.
I do encourage you to pre-register for a
Disability Access Service (DAS) Pass via
video chat anywhere from 30 to 2 days before your vacation. This program will reduce wait times in traditional queue lines that may be triggering for your son. If you miss your pre-registration chat, simply stop by any
Guest Relations inside of the theme parks for a quick qualifying interview. Here is a list of
select attractions available with Disability Access Service (DAS).
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
