Hiya Cindy,
Welcome to planDisney! I love your style! From the moment I arrive at Orlando International Airport to the moment I depart, I try to make every magical moment count. I completely understand wanting to ensure you can head straight to your first
Disney Park Pass Reservation.
So I have good news and less magical news. Let’s start with the not-as-magical news and end with the good, shall we? As Mary Poppins says, “a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.” If you did not elect to have physical
Theme Park ticket cards sent to your house when you initially purchased your tickets, you would not be able to have them delivered at this point. However, since having physical ticket cards would be the best option for your group, you can get them at the ticket counters at the Theme Parks. Simply head from the airport to the Theme Park you have your first Disney Park Pass Reservation for and go to the ticket counter. Show the Cast Member your email confirmation, and they can hand you physical ticket cards for yourself and everyone in your group! It will cause a slight delay to your entry into the Theme Parks, but it will save you from having to use your phone or MagicBands!
I hope this was helpful, Cindy! Before I let you go, when you get your ticket cards, be sure to ask if you can get different versions of the cards so it is easier to track which card belongs to whom. Please come back and see
us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
